Key Responsibilities- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through daily operations management.
- Maximise bookings and drive sales in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing team, driving business growth.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the spa team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Provide training and ongoing development to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
- Work closely with the Financial Controller to effectively manage revenue and control costs.
- Maintain and uphold the spa's reputation for excellence, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Proven managerial experience in hospitality environments.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service quality.
- A natural leader with strong communication and team-building skills.
- Target-driven with a proactive approach to achieving business goals.
- Experience with operations, including sales, marketing, and financial management.
- A dynamic and passionate management team focused on growth and excellence.
