Key Responsibilities
  • Providing superior service to customers in various areas of the cinema, including ticket sales, food and beverage sales, and showing people to their seats.
  • Cash handling, including managing cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Food handling, including preparing and serving food and snacks to customers.
  • Cleaning and maintaining a safe and clean environment for customers.
  • Heavy lifting and moving equipment or supplies as needed.
  • Compliance with health and safety regulations, including adhering to cleaning schedules and reporting any hazards or incidents.
  • Increasing sales by promoting products and services to customers.
  • Maintaining standards by ensuring that all areas of the cinema meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Following policies and procedures, including adhering to cash handling and food handling guidelines.
  • Dealing face-to-face with large groups of people, including greeting customers, responding to queries, and resolving issues.
