Cinema Operations Manager

As a leader in our cinema team, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of hosts to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve overall performance
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, and provide support and development opportunities
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and address any issues or concerns, and maintain high standards of health and safety

Champion colleague engagement and foster a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement, creating an environment where everyone can thrive and do their best work.

Take ownership of shift management, delegating tasks and handling guest concerns effectively.

Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in a customer-facing or hospitality environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering results
  • Genuine passion for delivering memorable guest experiences
  • Flexibility and awareness of the dynamic nature of cinema, from blockbuster releases to independent films

Comfortable working varied shifts, including late finishes, and have a reliable and safe way to travel to and from work.
