Our organization seeks a highly skilled and target-driven fitness professional to manage our membership process.

  • Oversee database management systems, including membership software, data protection protocols, CRM management, and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain key corporate relationships.
  • Deliver expert membership consultations.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences for all members and prospective members.
  • Perform general membership administration duties, including account management, direct debit, and payment processing.

We require someone with excellent health and fitness knowledge, understanding of various fitness classes, and strong communication skills (telephone and face-to-face). Our ideal candidate will also possess excellent IT skills, be highly motivated, and have flexibility to work outside regular hours.

A relevant fitness qualification and industry experience would be advantageous, as well as sales experience in a similar role and frontline customer service experience.
