Dance Membership Officer

Job Opportunity:
Dance Membership Officer sought to support Dance Ireland's activities and member services.
Key Responsibilities include acting as key point of contact for Members, maintaining membership database and online directory, ensuring booking systems are updated with information on Members, processing membership applications, securing renewals, evaluation of Member Offer, and representing Dance Ireland at events.
Co-ordination of Artist Support sessions, scheduling studio sharings for artists within programme, coordinating studio bookings, monitoring and tracking bookings, tracking membership data, coordination of Annual General Meeting, preparing reports for Board, and offering additional support to Venue Team.
Reporting to Programme Producer, the post holder will maintain strong working relationships across organisation, acting as key first point of contact for Members engaging with Dance Ireland.
Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills required, as well as empathy and understanding of needs of professional and pre-professional artists and organisations.
Experience with websites, customer, venue, and event management software an advantage.
Terms of Employment: part-time role, 7 months contract, 2.5 days per week, no overtime paid.
Periodic evening & weekend work required.
