Membership Officer Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of our professional activities and member services. You will work closely with a small team to maintain strong working relationships across the organisation, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Reporting to the Programme Producer, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing programmes and events, and providing exceptional customer service to our members.

With a strong focus on administration, organisation, and communication skills, you will thrive in this dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organisation.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Experience with websites, customer, venue, and event management software an advantage
  • Strong organisational skills, with a keen eye for planning and execution

Membership Officer Role Profile

As Membership Officer, you will act as a first point of contact for members engaging with Dance Ireland, providing a friendly and confident communication style. You will work collaboratively with the Programme Producer to develop and implement membership strategies that meet the needs of our members.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing programmes and events, and providing exceptional customer service to our members. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our organisational culture and values.
