Job DescriptionThis 4-month internship is part of our Digital Opportunities Traineeship program, which aims to provide students and recent graduates with practical experience in international event planning. As an intern, you will support us in planning and coordinating salsa and bachata events, managing registrations and reservations, and providing customer service to attendees.
You will also collaborate with our team in communications and digital marketing, creating engaging content for social media platforms and designing promotional materials. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining coordination with instructors, DJs, and guest artists, as well as prepare post-event reports with attendance data and feedback.
Requirements- Current student or recent graduate (preferably in Tourism, Events, Communication, Marketing, or related fields).
- Good English proficiency (minimum B1). Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
- Interest in Latin culture, music, and dance.
- Organizational skills, creativity, and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital tools (Canva, Instagram, Facebook).
- Gain practical experience in international event planning.
- Improve your skills in management, communication, and cultural marketing.
- Work in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
- Possibility to attend salsa and bachata classes, workshops, and events free of charge.
- Internship certificate upon completion of the internship.
