Dublin, Dublin City, Ireland The Wright Group Full time
Overview

We're a brand-new pub and eating rooms opening soon in the heart of Dublin City, blending great pints, classic pub food with a sprinkle of modernity, live sport, and live music - all served up with a warm Dublin welcome. Our beautiful Victorian building also houses fantastic function rooms, perfect for private parties, business gatherings, corporate events and special occasions. M J Wright is part of The Wright Group, an award-winning hospitality group in Ireland, established in 1996.

  • Keep an eye on market trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads, and bookings.
  • Help develop promotional materials and campaigns for our events offering.
  • Cross promote where applicable across The Wright Group, for example The Bloody Stream, Wrights Findlater Howth and Wrights Anglers Rest.
Qualifications
  • Experience in sales, events, or hospitality (ideally all three).
  • A natural networker - confident starting conversations and building rapport.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
  • Flexible schedule - some evening and weekend work will be part of the job to ensure client events run smoothly.
  • A genuine love for Dublin's pub and hospitality culture.
Benefits
  • Be part of an exciting new venue in the heart of Dublin city.
  • Work in a creative, supportive, and fun environment.
  • Opportunities to grow your career in hospitality and events.
  • Competitive salary plus performance-related incentives.
  • Staff discount on food and drinks.
  • Make friends for life
