Event Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to manage, coordinate, support and facilitate all client events on sites throughout the region.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing client satisfaction, optimizing services, and contributing to business growth.

About the Role

  • Manage event space diaries through the shared calendar and oversee furniture set-ups for events and conference rooms both on-site and offsite.
  • Work in partnership with regional leads to ensure consistency of service.
  • Resolve problems associated with event services including janitorial, parking, conference rooms, interior furnishings, fixtures and equipment.
  • Owner of internal events booking system, and first response to all tickets raised.
  • Liaise with clients during events to proactively action any last-minute requests.
  • Provide support for guests, visitors and employees relating to events.
  • Conduct office tours on behalf of the team and/or clients.
  • Carry out quality audits of event spaces, furniture and equipment on a regular basis, logging all issues and ensuring actions are completed on time.
  • Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to Facilities Management and client's Global Events Team Management.
  • Guide staff through proactive management of their workload through internal & task systems.
  • Collaborate to solve problems and resolve spontaneous situations with professionalism and service orientation.
