Membership Manager

Our organization seeks a seasoned professional to fill the role of Membership Manager. This individual will serve as a key liaison between our team and members, fostering engagement and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with members from initial application through announcement.
  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive membership database/customer relationship management system.
  • Conduct needs assessments and plan for future requirements to ensure member satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Education & Outreach Manager to identify training needs and develop relevant materials.
  • Lead the membership taskforce, scheduling meetings and monitoring action items.
Qualifications:
  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., humanities, social sciences, information science).
  • Significant experience in higher education or the cultural sector, preferably in research or research support roles.
  • Expertise in digital preservation, digital repositories, archives, libraries, or research data management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with demonstrated stakeholder engagement experience.
