We're looking for a skilled Senior Tools Programmer to help us craft high-quality gaming experiences.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our development tools, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and solve problems in our content creation workflows and pipelines.

  • Design and implement development tools that enhance game development efficiency and scalability.
  • Maintain user interfaces that are intuitive and visually appealing.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues in content creation workflows and pipelines.
  • Collaborate with narrative teams across departments to integrate tool capabilities.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop new engine and editor features.
  • Drive feature development, focusing on innovative solutions for engine and tool enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 5 years of experience creating tools for game development.
  • A strong background in C# and .NET for desktop applications.
  • Familiarity with WPF and XAML.
  • Excellent UI/UX design skills.
  • Experience improving long-lived internal tools with legacy components.
  • Thorough knowledge of C++.
  • Ability to analyze and understand workflows of other disciplines.
  • Open-mindedness and willingness to iterate based on feedback.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
