Job Description

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Care Manager to oversee the daily operations of our young person residential services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining a warm, accepting, and secure environment for the young people in our care.

This role requires a strong leadership presence and the ability to work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A valid driving license
  • Three years of experience working within young person residential services
  • Minimum Level 7 qualification (degree) or above in one of the following fields:
    • Social Care
    • Social Work
    • Psychology (Level 8)
    • Child and Adult Psychotherapy
    • Youth and Community Development
    • Teaching
    • Nursing
    • Social Science
    • Counselling
    • Addiction Studies
