We're looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our expanding Inside Sales team, you'll be responsible for developing new sales opportunities, expanding existing customer bases, and ensuring continued value from the NOW Platform. To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong track record in new business pipeline generation, ideally over the telephone within an Enterprise capacity.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
- Managing sales opportunities and business relationships with influential contacts within Small, Mid-Market, and Commercial Accounts.
- Focusing on understanding an organization's business drivers, challenges, pain points, and how ServiceNow solutions map to these.
- Strategically prospecting within key verticals to develop new opportunities and pipeline.
- Following the Value Selling sales process to win new business, expand within existing accounts, and ensure contract renewals.
- Collaborating with an extended team and coordinating resources necessary to further sales cycles, such as Solution Consultants, Customer Service, Partners, etc.
- Providing timely and accurate information to management, including forecasting, territory plans, strategic account plans, etc.
- Working towards daily, monthly, and quarterly KPI metrics, such as new prospect meetings, pipeline generation, ACV bookings, and Renewal Rates.
- Mentoring team members and working on collaborative projects to bring value to the team.
- Ongoing travel may be required for training and/or meetings.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience applying AI to work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- A strong track record of success within telesales, lead follow-up, cold calling, or new business sales capacity.
- 1-3+ years of full sales cycle experience gained within software or solution sales organizations.
- Expertise in selling enterprise class solutions using telephone and video conference technology.
- A deep understanding of the sales process and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Sales force automation, enterprise resource planning, or other IT infrastructure management technologies are definite pluses.
- Presentation skills via web-based tools are essential.
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written skills.
- Exceptional relationship building skills – Ability to build meaningful business relationships with ServiceNow customers, prospects, and internal colleagues.
- Persistent and dependable, especially with attendance, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Fluent in Spanish.
