Overview

Enterprise Digital Sales, part of Microsoft's SMC and Digital sales organization, empowers our customers through the unique value of the Microsoft Cloud by building a globally led, digital-first scale organization aligned with partners. You will engage a dedicated set of enterprise customers to identify and achieve their business objectives through best-in-class digital engagement and partner co-selling. You will also work collaboratively across teams while living our shared SMC and Digital Sales Culture priorities: Diversity and Inclusivity, Wellbeing, Sustainability, and Customer Obsession.

Digital Sales Enterprise Support is seeking a Sales Manager to help Microsoft drive the appropriate amount of Support adoption for our Enterprise customers. You will lead a team responsible for Unified Support and Enhanced Solution revenue spanning multiple Enterprise Operating Units. Our team prides itself on embracing a growth mindset, inspiring excellence, and encouraging everyone to share their unique viewpoints.

As a Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Support Solution Area Specialists focused on both renewals and new business. You will serve as a coach helping our sellers develop deep business acumen across Microsoft's portfolio of products and services.

We are looking for leaders who embrace uncertainty, take risks, collaborate, and coach. As a Digital Support Sales Manager, you will manage a team of highly talented sales specialists, driving the day-to-day execution to exceed business performance targets and coaching team members.

Qualifications

  • Sales or account management experience
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND technology-related sales or account management experience
  • Extensive solution or services sales experience
  • Business level (or above) French language skills

Responsibilities

  • Deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring
  • Customer Engagement: Identify trends, assess risk, and create performance plans in weekly deals and pipeline reviews with senior leadership.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Coach your team to collaborate and leverage internal and external stakeholders to develop customer and partner relationships.
  • Operational Excellence: Provide reports on sales targets & key metrics and contribute to correction-of-error plans as needed.
  • Technical Skilling and Development: Mentor sales team to drive sales conversations through call coaching.
  • Digital Tools and Programs: Execute Digital Sales excellence through the use of tools such as Sales Accelerator and LinkedIn.
  • Lead your team through change, keeping them motivated and focused as customer needs evolve.
