St. Michael's House, a community-based organisation dedicated to providing high-quality services for individuals with intellectual disabilities, is seeking a Social Care Director to lead its team in Ballymun Local Centre.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of person-centred Day Services, adhering to the New Directions interim standards. This includes developing individual programmes, fostering social inclusion, and ensuring staff support and resource management are effective.
We require a candidate with at least 3 years of management experience in the area of intellectual disabilities, as well as a strong commitment to quality service delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a working knowledge of Safeguarding Policy, and experience in key-working, Cosan programme development, and QQI education.
This is a full-time permanent position, working a 37-hour week Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be paid according to the HSE revised consolidated scale based on a 37-hour working week.
