Business Development Liaison

We are seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to join our CRM team, responsible for strengthening client relationships and driving business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for new client leads, arranging introductory calls.
- Present our services confidently, explain processes, and tailor proposals to client needs.
- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and add value.
- Guide clients through onboarding, including KYC and engagement documentation.
- Ensure smooth handovers to the delivery team once onboarding is complete.

- A commercially minded professional with strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to read the room, build rapport, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Ideal background in a technical or professional services environment to provide credibility in discussions.
- Confident, articulate, and comfortable working alongside senior professionals.
- Proactive, opportunity-driven, and able to tailor solutions to client needs.
