Job Role: Personal Insurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Insurance Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • To deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • To handle insurance broking, placement, processing, and administration tasks efficiently.
  • To issue renewal documentation, ensure policy retention, and provide quotations for motor, home, marine, and travel insurance.
  • To service policies, handle mid-term alterations, and ensure timely payment of premiums.
  • To achieve personal lines renewal income and new business targets through proactive engagement and lead generation.
  • To provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries effectively.
  • To manage own portfolio of clients and adhere to Central Bank regulations at all times.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance.
  • APA Personal, CIP or grandfathered certification and full compliance with CPD requirements.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Personal Lines market and its trends.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and superior problem-solving abilities.
