Inventory Management Specialist

Mark Anthony Brands is a global drinks company with a portfolio of luxury wineries and iconic beverage brands. We are seeking an Inventory Management Specialist to join our Supply Chain team.

As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory levels across the network of production and storage sites. This will involve performing finished goods inventory reconciliation across multiple sites, owning the implementation and documentation of reconciliation processes, including raw material tracking.

You will investigate inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis, driving continuous improvement and process accuracy. Additionally, you will handle product destruction and duty drawback processes, including preparation of Notices of Intention.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or related field, and 3+ years of experience in inventory planning, logistics, or customer service within a manufacturing, FMCG, or supply chain environment.

Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs and data analysis functions, are essential. You should also have experience working in a KPI-driven environment, with a track record of using data to guide decisions and improve performance.

Strong collaboration, teamwork and relationship building skills are required, as well as the ability to operate at both a strategic and executional level. You should be able to drive growth & outcomes, activate complex work, enlist others effectively, anticipate and remove roadblocks. Move at pace.
