The role of a Campaigns Executive is multifaceted and challenging. It involves working closely with the Community & Campaigns Manager to develop campaign calendars, create campaign pages, and recruit for campaigns.

Campaigns Executive

The key responsibilities include event logistics, collaborating with designers and printers to develop campaign materials, and securing sponsorship for campaigns.

As a member of the Fundraising team, the successful candidate will also support community fundraisers, attend events, and contribute to campaign development. The ideal candidate will be an organised, passionate individual who works well in a team environment and adapts to changing priorities.

  • Supporting Bumbleance events such as our annual hike as required
  • Promoting Campaigns, Community Fundraisers & Events
  • Developing campaign calendar of events with Community and Campaigns Manager
  • Creating campaign pages for key events
  • Recruiting for campaigns
  • Collaborating with Partnerships and Communications team to develop campaign assets
  • Event planning and management
  • Collaborating with designers and printers to develop campaign materials
  • Securing sponsorship for campaigns

Key skills and competencies required include excellent interpersonal and communication skills, experience/knowledge of CRM software, strong organisational and administrative skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
