Caring Professional Wanted

Care providers for individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder and acquired brain injury are in high demand. Our client's mission is to deliver exceptional quality person-centred care in a home-like environment where residents can remain active in their social, religious, and recreational activities and connected to their family and friends.
We are currently seeking Social Care Professionals who live in Cork and its surroundings to provide care and support to individuals with varying needs.
Ideal Candidate Requirements- Must hold a qualification at level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Teaching, Nursing, Childcare with disability modules (or other relevant discipline)
- Have experience working in residential, respite or day service settings with people with intellectual disabilities.
- Be registered as a Social Care Worker with CORU or in the process of registration.
Applicants should possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and patience when interacting with residents and families.
This role requires dedication, flexibility, and a passion for delivering high-quality care services that prioritise the needs and well-being of service users.
