Job Opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Care Worker to join our team in Cork City, suburbs and West Cork areas.

  • About the Role: This is a permanent part-time position that requires a high level of skill and expertise in providing social care services to individuals in need.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of social care services, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure that individuals receive comprehensive support and guidance.
