Accounts Administrator Position

This part-time role is designed to support the organization's accounting operations. Key responsibilities include payroll management, pension administration, and accounts payable/receivable.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

  • Payroll: Wages, bonuses, and expense reporting
  • Pension management and reporting
  • Direct Debit management and processing files
  • Customer payments, accounts, and debtor ledger management
  • Supplier invoices and nominal allocation
  • Supplier payments, accounts, and creditor ledger management
  • Accounting and book-keeping
  • Bank reconciliation
  • VAT and revenue management

Interested candidates should hold a valid work permit in Ireland and have relevant experience in accounting or a related field.

Benefits
