Beverage Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Beverage Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our bars and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

This is an exciting opportunity to expand your management skills in a fast-paced environment. You will have the chance to work closely with our General Manager and other team members to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage beverage sales and oversee the efficient running of our bars
  • Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement business strategies
  • Supervise and mentor bar team members to ensure they are providing excellent customer service
  • Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Implement and maintain bar standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Interact and communicate with guests and colleagues in a courteous and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a high-volume beverage venue
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with stock control and ordering procedures
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
