As part of the Ethoca Product Integration team, you will be responsible for working closely with customers to onboard them onto our product suite. You will act as the main point of contact for customers during their technical onboarding and after they are live.

Responsibilities:
  • Working with customers over the course of their onboarding journey with us, from kick-off calls to configuring accounts and reviewing testing.
  • Supporting live customers with account updates and their operations.
  • Reviewing current business and customer processes; identifying and recommending solutions that meet these requirements, improve customer and/or operational experience.
  • Acting as a conduit between internal and external stakeholders while successfully managing expectations and competing demands.
  • Developing and maintaining expertise on all internal systems, support and onboarding processes.
Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position should have experience in implementing and supporting API/SFTP B2B technology solutions ideally in fintech or SaaS. They should also have excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Italian fluency is a plus.
  • Ability to work with international time zones for global customer implementations and support.
