Description

The Sr Specialist, Integration Partner is responsible for collaborating with deployment and product development teams to diagnose and resolve integration issues, acting as the primary technical contact for merchants, supporting testing and validation activities, and providing technical support and guidance throughout the integration lifecycle. The role requires strong technical expertise in web and mobile technologies, excellent communication skills in English and French, and the ability to manage multiple external customer relationships effectively.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with deployment and product teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for merchants during the integration process.
  • Assist in setting up test accounts, support testing, validation, and pre-launch activities.
  • Lead technical conversations with customers and support post-sales activities.
  • Provide technical support via phone and chat, troubleshooting issues.
  • Advise management on support issues affecting customer satisfaction and recommend actions.
  • Understand merchant product, process, and technical requirements and match them with solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Expertise in web and mobile technologies, including Web Services, APIs, REST, HTML/HTTP, iOS, Android frameworks.
  • Experience with multiple programming languages such as C++, Objective-C, C#, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Perl, .NET, PHP, Python.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of client organizations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated learner capable of designing solutions and delivering integrations.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Less than 10% travel required.
Preferred Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with payments, including credit card, banking, online, offline.
  • Knowledge of commerce systems, payment gateways, and processors.
