**Job Title:** Global Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a key role in providing technical support and engineering expertise to our partners and clients globally. As a member of our global team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality products and satisfactory experiences for our partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive and reactive technical support for partner issues and integrations through cloud-based APIs, financial technology, and telecommunications integrations.
  • Manage technical relationships with partners, providing technical support and handling service outages.
  • Become an expert in one of our business products and how best to deploy and troubleshoot them.
  • Develop and maintain performance monitoring systems for infrastructure and operations to ensure highly available partner integrations.
  • Communicate partner needs to our product teams to improve people's experience with our products.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a support engineer, service engineer, or similar.
  • Experience with API development on cloud-based infrastructures.
  • Experience with coding languages such as PHP/Hack and JavaScript/React.
  • Experience with the full web stack, SOAP, and REST API technologies and architectures.
  • Experience in communicating with technical and business audiences and developing technical documentation.
  • Experience assessing, analyzing, and resolving operational issues using data.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and driving initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
