As a Fund Accounting Associate, you will play a vital role in our team's mission to provide exceptional service to our clients.

The Fund Accountant will be responsible for producing daily, weekly, and monthly Net Asset Values (NAVs) with precision and accuracy. They will also identify and investigate any discrepancies or break items, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a seamless process.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Cash and Positions Reconciliation: Prepare and verify reconciliations to ensure accurate records.
  2. Income and Expense Accruals: Process income and expense accruals in accordance with established procedures.
  3. Corporate Actions: Verify and process corporate actions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Audit Support: Assist in the audit process and financial statement preparation as needed.
  5. Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal service departments and clients.
Requirements

Education:

  1. Minimum 2.2 Accounting, Finance, Legal, or Business Degree

Personal Skills:

  1. Proficient in IT, with a focus on Excel
  2. Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Flexibility and ability to work effectively within a team structure and independently
