Cash Flow Management Position

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented financial professional to manage our cash flow processes.
Responsibilities:- Manage the receipt, processing, and reconciliation of customer payments;
- Track payments and follow up on overdue accounts in a timely manner;
- Process customer payments and credits accurately and efficiently within set deadlines;
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies in accounting records;
- Liaise with sales and other departments to ensure accurate financial records and customer activity alignment;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and update accounting systems regularly;
- Provide regular reporting on cash balances, outstanding balances, and customer payment trends to inform business decisions;
- Previous experience in finance, accounting, or cash management roles;
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reconciliation tasks;
- Proficiency in using accounting software and IT systems to manage financial data;
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and work effectively in a team environment;
