Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the business.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and supporting smooth financial operations across the company. Daily tasks include:

  • Managing invoicing and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments from customers;
  • Tracking payments and following up on overdue accounts;
  • Processing customer payments and credits accurately and efficiently;
  • Reconciling accounts and resolving billing discrepancies;
  • Liaising with sales and other departments to ensure alignment between financial records and customer activity;
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and updating accounting systems regularly;
  • Providing reporting on receivables, outstanding balances, and customer payment trends.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience in accounts receivable, finance, or customer-facing financial roles;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping;
  • Proficiency with accounting software and IT systems;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
