Job Description

The Senior Events Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive events strategy that drives business growth, enhances client relationships, and strengthens the company's brand presence.

  • Lead the strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of event portfolios to ensure consistency, creativity, and brand alignment.
  • Develop and implement event standards, manage objectives, KPIs, and post-event evaluation to measure business impact.
  • Oversee annual events calendars, optimizing resources and aligning with firm priorities.
  • Deliver exceptional end-to-end event management experiences from planning to execution.
  • Manage supplier and contractor relationships to ensure value and service excellence.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, ensuring events meet commercial and relationship-building goals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in event management within large-scale corporates or agency environments.
  • Strong expertise in event planning and logistics with a track record of delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Analytical approach with experience in event measurement, ROI tracking, and reporting.
