Key Responsibilities

Duties and Tasks
  • Ensure the safe and efficient movement of materials in and out of the warehouse, overseeing the acceptance, recording, put-away, and storage of products.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement activities, support the development of colleagues through training and collaboration, and adhere to all company procedures, policies, and processes.
  • Safely and correctly operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) and attachments, prepare, load, and unload goods while ensuring products are safe for storage and transport.
  • Complete Goods In and Goods Out processes, ensuring accuracy and quality checks, maintain correct use of PPE, and ensure all documentation is completed clearly and accurately.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative or equivalent role.
  • Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS), MHE licenses, or experience (e.g., Forklift Truck, Narrow Aisle Machine, Pallet Truck).
  • Strong process-driven mindset with attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team.
