Regulatory Reporting Expert Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Reporting Expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with knowledge of existing and emerging regulations to drive the success of our high-growth firm.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the Funds industry, with a strong understanding of regulatory risk and compliance software, including data mapping, workflows, configuration, rule testing, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation and Specifications: Assist in the development of documentation, specifications, and enhancements for the risk and regulatory platform.
  • Customer Onboarding: Onboard new customers to the platform, including data mapping, data onboarding, and product training.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Monitor ongoing changes to existing and emerging regulatory requirements, constantly improving our regulatory reporting knowledge base.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare and review customer global regulatory reports, including AIFMD, Form PF, CPO-PQR, MiFID II.
  • Filing Process: Ensure an efficient, streamlined, high-quality filing process for customers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our product engineering team to provide customer feedback on the solution to ensure our product continues to be enhanced.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in the Funds industry.
  • Procedural and technical knowledge of the Fund accounting industry.
  • Technical knowledge of Fund accounting across multiple asset classes (equities, fixed income, FX, credit).
  • Previous experience working with UCITS funds, including knowledge of the UCITS directives.
  • Understanding of OTC derivatives and/or listed derivatives.
