Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager RoleAs a critical member of our IT Department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our organization remains compliant with regulatory standards, effectively manages risks, and continually strengthens our IT governance framework.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a GRC practitioner or in a related function, with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of GRC practices and processes. They should also possess hands-on experience with regulatory and compliance frameworks, including audit coordination and response to audit findings.

  • Lead Regulatory Compliance: Develop and maintain frameworks and tracking tools, coordinate timely audit and assessment activities, and partner with organizational peers and leaders to embed and operationalize compliance requirements.
  • Oversee IT Risk Management: Maintain the IT Risk Register, conduct system vulnerability assessments, ensure patch management compliance, and coordinate with Information Security to manage and mitigate residual risks.
  • Manage Governance Documentation: Ensure timely review, updates, distribution, and compliance of policies, procedures, and IT asset records.
  • Drive Access Governance: Lead manual and automated initiatives for least privilege access models, role-based access control, and deliver effective GRC-related training across IT and business units.
  • Govern Third-Party Vendors: Ensure proactive risk management, due diligence, compliance with regulatory requirements, and establish exit strategies and risk assessments.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information across all levels, including senior management. A CISA, CISM, CRISC or CGEIT or equivalent GRC qualification is highly desirable.
