Experienced Site Manager Required for Top Engineering Firm

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to lead our teams in delivering high-profile projects across our expanding portfolio.
This is a permanent role based in Dublin, offering a competitive salary package and the opportunity to work on a range of challenging projects.
- Lead mechanical teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Manage project scheduling, planning and on-site coordination.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors and project teams.
- Oversee site resources, including labour and subcontractors.
- Evaluate and ensure timely material orders and deliveries.
- Monitor site progress and maintain work quality.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental (EHS) regulations.
Requirements:
- 35 years experience in a similar mechanical site role.
- Strong leadership and project delivery skills.
- Proficient in planning, scheduling and resource management.
- Effective communicator with clients and site teams.
- Solid understanding of mechanical systems and site logistics.
- Knowledge of EHS standards and quality control.
- Fully qualified and willing to travel.
