Seeking an experienced site leader to oversee daily operations on a large-scale residential project in County Cork. As Civils Foreman, you will be responsible for leading and supervising day-to-day site activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise site personnel and subcontractors
  • Manage site logistics and resources
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities and performance
  • Coordinate with project management and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction leadership or a related field
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of civil engineering works and health & safety protocols
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
