Senior Construction Site Manager

This senior management position is ideal for a highly experienced construction professional with exceptional leadership and technical skills to oversee the delivery of high-rise residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct all on-site operations, ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
- Manage a team of subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers to maintain a smooth workflow and meet project deadlines.
- Drive health & safety compliance, enforcing company policies across the site to safeguard employees and contractors.
- Monitor quality control processes, guaranteeing work meets required specifications.
- Develop and implement site programmes, aligning them with project objectives and budgets.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Design Teams, and Clients to resolve issues efficiently.
- Mentor, motivate, and lead the site team to achieve optimal performance.
- A minimum of 8+ years' experience as a Site Manager in large-scale residential or high-rise developments.
- A proven track record of managing complex projects with strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and building regulations in Ireland.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Possession of a relevant construction qualification (Degree, Diploma, or Trade background).
- A results-driven approach with the ability to thrive under pressure.
