Construction Site Manager Position

The ideal candidate for this position will possess exceptional leadership skills, with a strong background in construction management. A minimum of 3 years' experience as a construction site supervisor or foreperson is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement daily and weekly work schedules
- Attend regular management team meetings to discuss project progress
- Maintain accurate records of site activities and manpower levels
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide clear direction and leadership to the site team
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in construction site management
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
