Job Title: Bar Manager

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy pub. This is a full-time position, working over 5 days.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing staff to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience
  • Handling stock and supplies to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
  • Ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met at all times
  • Supporting sales targets to drive business growth

 

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with the management team to achieve our business objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
