About the Position:
- Oversee the daily operations of The Tack Room, including inventory management and stock control
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or high-end cocktail bar

- Intuitive and warm guest service, with a strong eye for detail and an understanding of luxury standards
