Job Overview
Cpl Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing freight forwarding operations and providing leadership to the Sales and Freight Forwarding team.

Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate freight forwarding tasks to ensure smooth operations.
2. Handle sales inquiries and respond to customer needs.
3. Provide competitive rates and maintain accurate records of quotations and jobs.
4. Manage daily administrative tasks on the Transport Management System.
5. Oversee sub-contractor coordination for collection and delivery.

Team Leadership
1. Oversee daily operations and ensure team targets are met.
2. Allocate resources and mentor team members.
3. Handle team issues and escalate when needed.
4. Provide reports on team performance.

Sales Support
1. Provide cover for sales tasks, including responding to inquiries.
2. Monitor and manage rate cards, customer communication, and price adjustments.

Requirements
1. Experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
2. Strong organizational, planning, and administrative skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Excellent communication skills for building professional relationships.
5. Attention to detail and high-quality standards.
6. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Working Hours and Benefits
Monday to Friday
Shift A 08:00 – 16:30
Shift B 09:00 – 17:30
