Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Management Specialist to join our team at Cpl Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for managing freight forwarding operations, providing leadership to the Sales and Freight Forwarding team, and ensuring efficient transportation processes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate freight forwarding tasks to optimize efficiency.
2. Handle sales inquiries and respond to customer needs.
3. Provide competitive rates and maintain accurate records of quotations and jobs.
4. Manage daily administrative tasks on the Transport Management System.

Leadership and Collaboration
1. Oversee daily operations and ensure team targets are met.
2. Allocate resources and mentor team members.
3. Collaborate with other departments to achieve business goals.

Requirements
1. Proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
2. Strong organizational and administrative skills.
3. Excellent communication skills for building professional relationships.
4. Attention to detail and high-quality standards.
5. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
