The Role:
As an Administrative Finance Specialist with Enva, you will play a vital role in the Organics Division. You will be responsible for carrying out accounts and administration activities associated with sales invoicing, managing accruals and credit notes, preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the management team, and assisting in the preparation of month-end accounts.
You will handle customer queries, prepare daily sales reports, and review credit notes to deal with accounts queries. Additionally, you will record and account for accruals where applicable for the Organics division, ensuring this is kept up to date daily.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Handling customer queries
- Preparation of daily sales reports
- Review and dealing with accounts queries
- Recording and accounting for accruals where applicable
- Preparing all information for month-end accounts in a timely manner
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in Excel and previous experience of sales/purchase invoicing and purchase order systems.
