Job Description:

The Training Administrator plays a vital role in supporting Murphy's business operations. This position involves communicating with stakeholders, managing training records, and ensuring seamless delivery of training programs.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, both internal and external
  • Coordinate the booking of training courses, including internal and external options
  • Prepare and distribute joining instructions to participants
  • Act as a primary point-of-contact for suppliers, employees, and other stakeholders
  • Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Submit regular reports on training activities and progress
  • Adhere to established procurement guidelines


Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience as a Training Administrator, HR Assistant, or similar role
  • A strong administrative background, with proficiency in various systems and software
  • Knowledge of office procedures, accounts, and budgeting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, and training software
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Some knowledge/experience of event management is preferred but not essential
  • Previous experience working in the construction industry would be beneficial but is not required
