Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled SFDR Specialist to join our team. As an SFDR Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality delivery of ESG Reporting, including SFDR and EET regulatory reporting.

Your primary responsibility will be to master regulatory concepts by applying ESG Regulatory requirements and technical aspects of SFDR Disclosures and EET reporting.

You will conduct analysis of ESG data used in SFDR reporting to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with regulatory requirements during client onboarding.

Liaise and coordinate internally and with clients for reports' production, review, and analysis of comments before processing.

Plan production cycles with clients and third parties, ensuring coordination of processes with other stakeholders/teams and acting as a reference point of contact within the team.

Review and consolidate information to be provided to client service management and perform post-production meetings (KPIs, error log, etc.).

Ensure accuracy of the escalation process to Management, providing actions for remediation.

Assist the Manager in maintaining a prioritized list of open technical issues with ideal resolution deadlines.

Provide technical and field expertise to clients and implement changes required in procedures/processes with all stakeholders.

Participate in assigned training and work in compliance with all internal rules and policies.

About You
  • A minimum of 3 years of post-graduated education is required, preferably in Finance.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of fund industry and KIID as well as PRIIPs reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in English; any other language would be an asset.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proactive can-do attitude.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude.
