Contract Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Manager to oversee the coordination, management, and delivery of assigned projects. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for ensuring that projects are completed profitably, safely, on time, and to an acceptable standard.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. They will be responsible for participating in the tendering process, ensuring safety inspections are implemented, managing health, safety, and welfare responsibilities, and developing contract programmes and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the tendering process and develop bid strategies.
  • Ensure safety inspections are conducted regularly and corrective actions are taken as necessary.
  • Manage health, safety, and welfare responsibilities, including conducting risk assessments and implementing control measures.
  • Develop and implement contract programmes and methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with site management, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or business administration.
  • Proven experience in contract management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
