About the Role

The Production Scheduling Specialist will play a crucial role in scheduling short- and long-term production activities, developing and maintaining production schedules, and collaborating closely with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure resource availability. Additionally, the successful candidate will analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Scheduling of short- and long-term production activities to fulfill customer demands.
  2. Development and maintenance of production schedules to ensure optimal efficiency.
  3. Planning, scheduling, coordinating, and giving final approval of the master schedule of products through the complete production cycle.
  4. Monitoring production progress and addressing any delays or issues to ensure adherence to timelines.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in production planning and scheduling.
  • Experience in ERP systems and excel reports or similar.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • A 39-hour contract.
  • A flexible working arrangement, Monday – Thursday 8:00am to 4:30pm and Friday 8:00am to 3:30pm.
