We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a busy workshop and warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders with precision and attention to detail.

Prepare and package special or custom-order items as required.

Manage goods inwards and outwards, ensuring stock is recorded and handled properly.

Conduct regular stock checks and assist with the annual stocktake.

Use online courier platforms to arrange deliveries and generate shipping labels.

Liaise with the office regarding orders, stock, and dispatch timelines.

Ensure workshop and warehouse areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and organised manner.

Follow all health & safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or workshop environment preferred.

Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Comfortable using computers and basic shipment software or online courier tools.

Strong communication skills and a flexible attitude.

Forklift licence highly desirable, but not essential — training can be provided.

Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving stock/materials safely.

Good understanding of health and safety standards in a warehouse setting.
