Claims Relationship Manager
Role Overview:We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our claims team and build strong relationships with key clients.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead a team of approximately 20 claims professionals in achieving excellent results.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for major brokers and large commercial clients.
- Foster lasting relationships through regular engagement, including face-to-face meetings with stakeholders.
- Oversight of reporting, communications, and performance metrics to ensure consistency and quality.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance client experience.
- Leadership or management experience within claims or commercial insurance.
- A strong track record of managing broker or large client relationships.
- Proven ability to manage and develop teams, ideally 15+ people.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A competitive salary up to €55,000, depending on experience.
- A hybrid working model with flexibility.
- On-site facilities including a new gym and free hot lunches.
