Project Manager - CS Transformation

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Manager, where you will play a key role in the transformation of our Customer Service function.

Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering projects that drive business growth and improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet our business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project planning, tracking, and delivery
  • Systems design and innovation, including automation and optimization
  • Business analysis and insight

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in project management or business transformation
  • Strong understanding of project planning, risk assessment, and idea generation
  • Proven track record in project management and business analysis
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
