About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as a Senior Retail Supervisor. This key role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Drive sales revenue by implementing effective strategies to meet customer needs and exceed targets.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Stock Management: Oversee stock levels, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records to prevent stock discrepancies.
  • Customer Experience: Foster strong relationships with customers, resolving issues promptly and ensuring their overall experience is exceptional.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory or team leader capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
